About me
I have spent my career and my life working to build a more just and compassionate world. I have done this through my professional work as a public education administrator, community organizer, organizational leader, and as a facilitator, coach, and consultant. I have also organized extensively in my own community and engaged in my own personal growth and development work to show up in alignment with my values and beliefs in all the roles I hold. Much of my background has focused on creating more equitable and inclusive workplaces, and I bring an anti-oppression lens to my coaching practice.
Throughout my work I have experienced the opportunity that we each have to make a difference from right where we are. We each have a profound impact on the people around us including our teams, our families, and our communities.
I am passionate about preparing and empowering leaders to show up in ways that are inclusive, sustainable, and human-centered.
Bringing compassion to our teams and ourselves allows us both to show up for the people around us and to sustain in our leadership roles. I believe strongly that when more of us are equipped to lead in this way we can model a different way of being, inspire others to see what’s possible, and ultimately transform the world.
